RETAILER AGREEMENTS

Buller Electricity provides an electricity delivery service to retailers under various agreements which detail the rights and obligations of each party including terms for service commitments, payment obligations, operational requirements and dispute resolution.

Prior to 2021 delivery services have been offered under either a legacy Use of System Agreement (UoSA) as per the example for Pulse Energy provided below, and since 2017 an agreement based on the Electricity Authority’s Model UoSA (BEL-Standard-UoSA).

From April 2021 delivery services will be provided under a Default Distributor Agreement (DDA) prepared in accordance with a template regulated by the Electricity Authority (BEL-Default-Distributor-Agreement).
